2026 marks the third year we have worked with Amruthavarshini, a woman-owned farm in India. We trade directly with the farmer, Poornima Jairaj, and buy several lots from her every year. This naturally processed coffee is one of our favorites, as it balances a sweet, fruity expression against a more familiar body and structure. It's a great coffee to intrigue those who are beginning to explore what the coffee world has to offer beyond the traditional flavor palate of "nuts, chocolate, caramel."

Poornima's coffees are truly a cut above the what the specialty industry has come to expect from India. Not only is the quality superb, but her growing practices are something to be admired: the coffee is completely shade grown and dried, intercropped with various species including turmeric and peppercorn, and 100% pesticide free. The entire farm follows agroforestry and regenerative practices. 

Alongside this natural, we also bring in honey, washed, and robusta lots from Varshini.
