At Those Guys, we are a team of longterm coffee professionals. We've each been in the industry for over 10 years, and in that time we have worked with a wide variety of plant-based milks. Parker, our cofounder, was vegan many years ago and drank more than his fair share of soy and almond milk (that's really all that existed back then).

Over the years many different companies have tried their hand at making a newer, better plant-based milk. Coconut, oat, cashew, hazelnut, sesame, macadamia, they all had something nice to offer but ultimately came with many shortcomings as well. The flavor overpowers the coffee. Curdles in light roasts. Doesn't steam well. Incompatible with latte art. Too thick/gummy when iced. Full of garbage ingredients. Tastes bad.

Koatji fixed all of these problems.
