Every batch is roasted with care and precision, with 11 different quality-control metrics to ensure consistency. Further, we employ 3 unique roasting technologies to ensure each coffee highlights the unique characteristics for that roast.

We believe great coffee should be for everyone! No matter your preference, we have a coffee you will love. We don’t believe in telling people how to enjoy their coffee (but we do believe in delicious coffee!).

About Us

Our Journey to Exceptional Coffee

In 2019 Victor Tomasso and Parker Gregory Shpak founded Those Guys Coffee Co. in rural New Hartford, Connecticut. Their vision was to offer a wide range of coffees to help bring the delights of specialty coffee to a wider audience.
