Come experience a taste of what it's like in the day of a professional coffee roaster! The class begins with a conversational presentation about what coffee is, where it comes from, and how to think about it. Afterwards you will learn the basics of coffee cupping (professional coffee tasting and analysis), and coffee roasting with two hands-on workshops.

• Learn about coffee from bean to cup
• Roast your own coffee that you'll get to take home
• Learn how to taste coffee by a team of SCA and CQI certified professionals
